Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of gear and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased Best Item upgrade, like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

There are three types of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To make them, you require a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. It's an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to burden their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are many ways to acquire them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.

The upgrade item Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item upgrader mod is at its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade Tokens.

The upgrade item items can be used to make sets and weapons for added effects or a higher quality item. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage to weapons.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get the perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
